Adrenaline was scorching though my veins, my lungs were burning with the moist midnight breeze, sweat was dripping from my brow and I couldn't be happier. The beast dipped into the shadowed by the abandoned dorm on the east side of campus. I plucked one of my dagger of my black leather holster wrapped around my chest. I couldn't help the sinister smirk that started to crawl a cross my lips.
kill. It was a dulled whisper in the back of my head
It ran for cover lost to the dark shadows behind the withering building. I slowed my breathing best I could and went for it. I rounded the corner with blade in hand. Only to be alone in the dark. My eyes caught movement and focused. A door. It was swinging in the breeze, allowing the muffled sound of music to leak out. "Are you serious?"
Kill.
Ignoring the voice was getting harder. I followed the reeking scent of the Minotaur without a thought. No emotion filled my chest as I scoped out the first floor. It was gone.
KILL!
I bite down hard on my lower lip and reluctantly allow it to take over. My instincts shoved my logic to the side and snatched the reins. My body moved like a predator. It ran up the stairs towards the music.

Delilah stretched, shifting from the curled position she'd arranged herself into and moved her feet up onto the low table opposite her instead , the music blasting out of the speakers that sat on the old rickety side table beside her elbow. She'd shoved through what was left of the shutters, allowing the pale light to seep into the room. She liked it in the abandoned building, it gave her a sense of calm and privacy that she failed to find anywhere else. She was pretty sure her mum would have flipped if she'd know Delilah was by herself around there what with the attack a few weeks back but Delilah couldn't really claim to be particularly worried.
She tilted back in her chair, as she flicked the page, humming vaguely along to the song playing beside her when she heard what vaguely sounded like a floorboard creak. She paused, remaining still and listening intently for a moment, doing her best to filter out the music before laying the pages down, turning the music down ever so slightly so she'd actually be able to concentrate before moving over to the door, fixing an unimpressed look onto her face. If it was Clem...god help him she'd bloody kill him, she thought as she pulled the door open.

It's massive horns swung side to side as it's moved it's head. Puffs of steam were fanacticly seeping from it's nostrils. My lips almost allowed a laugh to seep out. It was scared, searching for a way out. It wouldn't find one in the far corner of the common area. My yellows eyes narrowed into slits as my sinister smirk flashed my pearly whites. Twirling my dagger with my fingers, I stepped into the doorway. A board screamed under my wieght. The beast whipped around. My heart skipped a beat. It charged.
The Ares in me laughed. It forced the muscles in my lower body to run. I was running straight at the beast. My free hand, snatched another hidden blade from my holster. It was trampled though the second hand cough then a coffee table, while I jumped a foos ball table. My lung took in a slow breath. In on fluid movement, I dodged to the left as I sunk in a blade into the beast chest. My shoulders slammed to the floor boards. Luckily with the momentum, I rolled and tunked my feet in and I was standing with my back to a pissed animal. But the Ares was tingling. It wanted more. It would have more.
The music somehow got louder. I looked over my shoulder to the the beast tackled a wall. It was shaking the soot and dirt from it's greusome face. I turned on my heels and ran at it. Whoever was in the other room was now in a shit storm I started. " Get out!" My long stride had me only a few yards away, before it charged again. A sting of relief filled my chest as I see it's after me. But it's smothered by my incredible need to kill.
I don't dodge to the side this time. I move with the speed bequeathed to me. I pierce my blade into it's skull. It's then the I feel the pain surge though out my body. It horns sliced though my shoulders.
It's colamped head first into the floor. It's horns dragged deeper to my muscle tissue as it's full weight fell on my body. "Shit."
