At this particular moment, I hate running sites. And I'm about to delete the one I created. My other admin had to leave for a little while, and one of my friends who was a member helped me advertise and keep the site going. So I made her an admin. But when my other admin got back, she didn't think my friend should be admin. She thought she should just be a moderator, and not be part of the staff team. We had a huge debate about it, and here I am, caught between two of my online friends. I finally gave in when she threatened to leave, because she still is a great friend. But now she says she'll just leave. I begged her not to go, and I still don't know if she's leaving or not.
I'm caught between two good friends, and I don't know what to do. I feel like I'm hurting my one friend's feelings, but I want to be fair to my other admin to. sigh. I really hate drama.

Online drama is horrible. Especially when it comes down between two friends online since you don't want to hurt their feelings! That's why I always think you should be start a site with someone you completely trust. There should be procedures as to how a certain person becomes an administrator and a moderator. When it comes down to it, I think it comes up to whoever may be the main admin and if the other admin disappeared it makes sense. Otherwise, you just have to be the bigger person and tell them how it is. Say you really don't like the drama that this is causing and we should both handle this maturely or else neither of us really deserve to be administrators if we can't handle something like this.

Ah, missed this post. And yeah, thanks for the advice. Thankfully, everything got worked. My one friend who was already admin, lately pmed to apologize and say my other friend should be admin. She said she had just been having a bad day, and hadn't meant to take it out on us. So, we're all back to be good friends, much to my relief.
